      This chair has a firm lumbar support with a water fall front that feels nice on the pressure points on the backs of my legs. It also has good foam that is not too stiff, yet it feels comfortable when I am seated for long periods of time. I purchased the basic model with a plastic back. The plastic back feels exceptionally well and I am extremely impressed!
